Cell C more down than up and running ... staff *********** and can't assist

I'm so sick and tired of Cell C, I have 2 days of connection then NO CONNECTION for days. To try and speak to someone at Cell C is an even bigger challenge.

Last week I called no network connection - I was told to put the sim card in my phone and make it a Hotspot ...... What part of I don't have internet connection does Cell C not grasp??

No data connection since Saturday, called Cell C this morning .... I'm told to take my router to a Cell C shop????? I have to drive 55 kms because Cell C clearly cannot deliver and have *********** people taking calls.

What can't of service does Cell C provide when you CANNOT report a fault??????
