Cell C morally and financially bankrupt

So for a fourth time I was contacted by Cell C - this time to tell me there will be no refund, even though they have deducted fees for more than a decade. The first interaction told me they do not refund more than 2 years. Then I got a letter stating that they will refund me only one year. Finally now the call centre operator told me the "manager" decided I will get no refund - presumably as I complain too much. This is despite an earlier letter from them confirming a small repayment. I guess the systems are so bad that they do not even know that they send me the letter. I see in the press that Cell C cannot repay their loans and interest (i.e. they are bankrupt). I would suggest that they are morally bankrupt as well and would caution everybody against ever doing business with this organisation. Meanwhile, I will continue telling everybody just how bad they are
