Cell C month to month data contract

Hi I have been requesting for my refund from you for more than a month now, and yet my request has not been resolved. Or do you perhaps want me to seek help from a Social Media in order to get my refund. I spoke to Bontle on the 28/12/2021 and she confirmed that my request has been processed on the 21/12/2021 with Case No: *** and I will get my money after 7 working days. And yet again 7 working days has passed and no money and no update from you.

I have sent an email again with the required documents on the 07/01/2022 and 17/01/2022, till today i have not received my money or feedback from Cell C.
