Cell C Month-to-Month Cancellation a Joke

I have been trying for 2 months now to cancel my Cell C Month-to-Month contract.

I am told that I have to pay a cancellation fee of R499 to cancel which is utter nonsense.

They are still advertising your Month-to-Month contract with no cancellation fee and now the call centre tells me the T's & C's have changed and there is a charge - Not my problem, this is not what you are advertising. https://www.cellc.co.za/cellc/simonly-upfront-deals

I have been with Cell C for over 10 years now and am really disappointed in the service over the past year. I want my contract cancelled without paying the fee. Otherwise, I will lay a complaint to the FTC for false advertising on your website.
