Cell C mobile Insurance Horrible Service

<p>I have since claimed on the 10th of march 2017 and I have paid my excess in March 2017 already.During march my call was answered by miracle and all confirmed that i will be called to collect my phone at Greenstone Mall still today no call and phone not delivered.14th June 2017 some Lady named Thando G responds to my email and says "Please kindly visit the store for further info" I Responded to her email asking What does she mean by visiting the store with no information to provide, Her response provided no feedback or confirmation that my claim is resolved.I went to Cell C store in greenstone mall they do not know what she meant.They tried calling the Cell C number 45 min of waiting for response no one answered,My Debit went through on the 1st what pain it is paying for what you are not using for long 4 months.Must One complain to get service and i am due for upgrade, all i want is what is due to me that ive long paid for.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
