Cell c misleading info by agents

I am very unhappy, I was contacted a couple of months ago to upgrade- was going to cancel but deal sounded great so I took it- as months went on I realized I am not getting the data promised so I contacted cellc again- I was advised I was misled and if I want to get the data package as which I thought I was getting I need to pay much more- Cellc how can you allow agents to mislead clients . I then requested cancellation but again my contract just continued. I was told it would be done but I had to call in again. I was then advised by retentions I could get 10 gig data day and night for only R149 and agent advised me limit would be set to ensure I don’t pay more that R149 as per my previous issue. yes I got my data but my account is deducted with R260 monthly. This is unacceptable as this is not the information I was given and I want my refund ASAP. This is ********* selling and very unfair to me a s consumer. Contract nr ***.
