Cell C Misleading Customers

So disappointed with Cell C. Been a customer since 2003 and on contract since 2011. I was solicited for an upgrade by a person called Shaun Naidoo who identified that he was calling from Head Office. He then went on to confirm an upgrade deal with me after phoning from a Cell C number. The phone was delivered and two sim cards. After Shaun Naidoo was not replying to my messages I contacted Cell C to check that the deal as agreed on was on the system only to find out that it was completely different to what was on the system. Cell C has opened another line without my permission which is potentially ***** and tried to double charge me on another line. No contract received from Cell C, again potentially *****. Doubt the will bother to get back to me to this platform as they are a huge Company and I am but one customer.
