CELL C MISLEADING AGENTS

I have been with Cell C for some 20years and now i,m running out of airtime after some consultant called and **** to me about paying to much ect. Idumeleng Vanqua cell no *** called and changed my package and confirmed if i,m not to save or happy to revert back to my old package immediately and even gave me her direct cell no.

this is where the games begin for the first time in my history with Cell C i,m running out of airtime cannot recharge have to call 147 ect............

who in the world has the time to sit and beg for airtime....... now i have a new contract and i cannot go back to my old package ect ect and no one can help.

i will not accept this bull****// blatant lying and insist that cell c rectify the matter to my satisfaction.

get the recordings and whatever they have to but not accepting this treatment.

for 20 years my money was good enough no upgrades ect ...................NOT ACCEPTING THIS.
