Cell C mis representation on month to month contracts.
I took out a month to month contract with Cel C, now when I give them a months notice they tell me that their is an Early cancellation fee, The contract is R 199 per month on a month to month contract but to cancel this contract will cost me R 2000.00. how is this then a month to month contract. We are told all calls are recorded but when I ask for proof of when this was disclosed to me they cant give it to me. They are merely taking people for a riding signing them onto contracts under false pretenses. Never do business with them they will ***** your money.

15 Feb 2022, 09:55I will want the voice recording where I agreed to a 24 month contract because I specifically stated on numerous occasionas that I was looking for a month to month and this was confirmed buy the consultant that it was a month to month contract.
