Cell C Liberty Midlands Mall Pietermaritzburg, I'm sorry to say but certain staff members at the cell c liberty mall branch have ****** me into purchasing a wifi router contract in 2017 that does not work in the town i reside in (Howick). I been paying R299 every month but unable to connect to the internet, which led me into opening up another contract through telkom which works perfectly fine, according to Cellc Customer care, the salesman selling me the contract was supposed to check the coverage for where i live which was not done, because he was definitely more eager in making a sale, they have wasted my money and i feel they need to reimburse me for every last cent i've wasted. The guy who answered the phone was blunt and rude! i am highly disgusted that people in such a well established organisation actually lie to customers and waste our money, Liberty Mall Cell C i want every last cent i wasted on a junk router!
