Cell C MiAssist wants to ruin my credit profile

I got a call from cell c regarding MiAssist product on the 31 of July, i was not even interested on what it does because i had cancelled my contract with cell c on the 19th of july, and i explained to the lady that i want nothing from Cell C. Clearly the lady took it upon herself to sign me in regardless of my refusal. I later got an sms welcoming me to MiAssit,very shocked, i called the team, no one has answered my call,i called 135 to speak to a consultant and explain my problem, she gave me the email address and i sent them an email. I have not received any feedback from them till this day. As am typing this letter, am trying to get hold of them, no one is picking up. On the 9th of August i got another sms saying i have a bill of R227.64. They gonna go into my account and debit this money for something that i did not agree to, and then am gonna be forced to reverse it and this will ruin my profile. I am very angry i wish i can get hold of the lady that decided to sign me on after i refused.....
