Cell C MiAssist - ROBBING THEIR CLIENTS for a service that doesn't exist!!

FOR MONTHS, YEARS EVEN my mother has been trying to cancel MiAssist. SHE NEVER AGREED TO IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. The number provided doesn't exist and the email address just responds saying some Fourie guy is on leave and to phone the same number that doesn't exist (084 135). the other number available is ***) which just rings and rings. When you call the cell c call center they say they can't transfer you to the department and give you the same number that doesn't exist to call. Cell C stop robbing you clients and give proper customer service! My mother wants to cancel the unauthorized subscription to this service that doesn't exist. You charge thousands of people an extra R50 a month for NOTHING. I want someone to contact my mother to cancel this service ASAP. And I encourage ALL Cell C clients to check that you aren't being ****** too!
