Cell c Miassist not transparent and unreliable product

I have a contract with cell c they introduced this Miassist product to me to help during emergency and it's a low cost one of the benefits is roadside assistance and car hire for 24hrs etc...I was driving my spouse to her hospital appointment which she has waited for a long time ,during the night to book in at the town of the hospital ,300km away from our house after 120km my car had mechanical fault I pressed the panic requesting car hire because in the early morning hours my spouse has a serious medical condition appointment I was advised that I need a credit card for car hire and they can only tow my car for only 40km and the rest I'll have to pay myself I was shocked to learn this new information when I was sold this product a credit card was not mentioned to me I don't even have one I would not have taken the product I complained cos I was left stranded and couldn't continue with trip I was told my complaint could only be delt with in the morning and after complaining they tell me the T&C are my responsibility but I said yes they are mine if you tell me there are TCs wen u sell me the product I didn't even know where to find them and the fact that they even apply. I have requested to cancel the service they are not transparent and unreliable and my safety is not taken serious and they debited my account monthly.

It was the second problem I encountered with them in less than 6month the root cause is not being transparent and being miss informed cos on the recording it proves that....I am demanding refund they refusing.
