Cell C MiAssist is not for Windows CellPhones

I was contacted by a salesman from Cell C MiAssist who offered me a service from Cell C MiAssist, he did not mention that it does not work with a Windows Cell Phone, I have paid for nothing, I cannot use the service on any of my Windows Cell Phones. I demand payback off my fees an IMMEDIATE CANELLATION!!!
