Cell C miassist call centre

I have recently join mi assist, the cell c customer service on their side its active but with my assist they said am not registered, I spoke with the lady at mi assist, what an arrogant and bad attitude women. She's very a disappointing person to deal with if the is someone in my situation am sure, they can support me. Now I wanna reverse the transaction made but cell c are telling me they are not able to reverse, how can I pay for services which am not using??? Am dissapointed at cell c. Mtn n vodacom they can't do this to their customers
