Cell C MiAssist

Last week I received a call from Cell C agent, telling me about MiAssist service. Which sounded so great, after going through their reviews there's nothing to write home about. It's so bad, now l am being told that l can't cancel the service until after 3 months. Why do l pay for something that l don't want, it's just not even 5 working days. I spoke to an agent by the name of Gift Maponyana who was very helpful and transfered me MiAssist agent by the name ZANELE MAKHURA who was very rude not even listening to me but telling me that I should cancel after 3 months. Why do l have to wait for 3 months to cancel something that l don't want.
