CELL C MESSING WITH MY CREDIT PROFILE

I logged a call with Cell C for a debit order to be re submitted after they changed my banking details without my knowledge and was told it will go off 26/08/2015, it didnt. I then called 27/08/2015 to confirm why it hasnt and the rude consultant shouted at me and told me they were Waiting for my bank to confirm. to confirm what i dont know. Since my last hello peter complaint nothing has been done... so Roshay Hanook, David Kutumele and all the other consultants were lying, no request was ever logged. these reference numbers dont mean anything *** and ***. till this day no debit order has gone oof and last request logged on 28/08/2015. a consultant by the name of Brian Baloyi refused to give me a refernce number when he initially said nothing was logged and he couldnt provide me with feedback and only when i quoted the above references he then told me a rerun for a debit order wasnt activated so he relogged it, he shouted at me and said he was not gonna give me a ref number, only when i escalated to a team leader did I get. How can he give the impression that i cant get updated on my queries without a ref number and then refuse to give it to me. DEBIT STILL NOT DONE!
