Cell C messing with me

I am highly disgusted with Cell C and their attorneys Norman Bissett Associates. I have a contract with Cell C , they have been debiting my bank account every month with the premium but for the past 2 months I've been receiving mails from these attorneys claiming I owe Cell C money. At no point in time has Cell C ever communicated to me that I've missed a payment and I've checked my account as well and can confirm no missing payments to Cell C since I've started with the contract. What irritates me is the fact that in August I phoned these attorneys who advised me to ignore the e-mail from them but yet now in September I received another e-mail stating the above. I've tried phoning Cell C, who just advised I should contact the legal department and after 22 minutes of holding no answer. How do you expect me to get to the crux if no-one bothers to answers their damn phone.... I expect feedback from these unprofessional idiots before close of business today !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
