CELL C MESSING UP ACCOUNTS

I have been a loyal customer to Cell C for many years, paying my account to the cent, then they call you advising of their different packages, whether upgrade or downgrade, they offered. I accept, however then they bill me extra, i keep disputing my account with them, first started with Andile Mckenzie, then Nthabisent Tloti, what is Cell C's problem they keep on messing up my account and its so frustrating i can't seem to win wit them, Can Trevor Noah please assist with Cell C or can a MD OR DIRECTOR PLEASE CONTACT ME. i have no joy with CELL C, I have heard how people complain about them even their network is slow, but i just think we just accomodate them, HELL NO...Can someone contact me and help, No wonder Vodacom is the top SERVICE PROVIDER THEN MTN, cell c can't touch them.
