Cell C messing my future and others.

2 years after paying them a final balance on their error, they messed up, I ended up paying R5k in for their mistake just not be listed as bad and I am still on itc and paid up. Emailed called and nothing.

I see it happens to so many people. Why? They mess up your futire. I have to keep sending account statements and bank statements to banks and others whenever I need to do something to prove I paid the outstanding. But still cell c keeps me listed bad. And all for their incompetence
