Cell C ****mers

Opened the contract with Cell C last year Sept,for a 10 GB data paying R100 24 months contract.When the 3 months pass the data was reduced to 5GB. So I called them and complained about this,they said the consultant didn’t explain it properly it’s a was a promotion for a month. So I decided to calm down and live with it. So now my problem is I get paid on 25th of every month so I told them to deduct on the 26th of every month. Now the take R276 because they didn’t get money in my account so it’s very confusing because it’s a ****. Cell C is a **** from 100 to 276 it’s a penalty for what? I’m sick and tired of Cell C please help Peter help me with the ****mers. I even reverse my money,because the lady who was assisting me was very rude because I told her that I had money on my account. My name is Busisiwe Sithole my Cell C number ***.
