Cell C merry go around
Hi, I have tried to complete a number change with Cell C. I have been into a Cell C store, I have 3 case numbers and spoken to 121 call center agents. Call center agents just want to open more case numbers. I get transferred or told to phone a number that then puts me through to another agent who then puts through to another number. Its actually pathetic that nobody knows what they doing. Cell C being useless at being useless.
