Cell C Menlyn Park. You are ********ly Dishonest and Unjust and we DEMAND you be brought to Book.

It has effectively been one month, and Cell C has not rectified the malfeasance that was caused at its Menlyn Park - branch (dated - 12/12/2022)

To recap - on the appointed date my guardian, P.M Nell app**** for a contract at Cell C Menlyn Park for a Samsung S22 Ultra @ R999 pm x 36 months.

The promotion was touted by one Geneva that a Samsung Galaxy Tab - tablet would be included complimentary to the package. It would soon be revealed that the branch did not have stock and would only receive stock from its warehouse at to quote "an undisclosed date."

This naturally did not sit well, as the paperwork was signed for a phone and a tablet and Geneva in a rather sly, casual fashion diverted to the contract being exclusively for a phone only.

A visit to the branch culminated in a heated conversation with the branch manager Brandon and the man was a snide and ****y ****p who had the audacity to insult my guardian with the retort: "Read the fine print again."

We did ultimately get a Samsung S22 Ultra, but we never got the tablet and nor has any call been made by Cell C - Menlyn Park to be either apologetic, nor has it rectified the issue whatsoever.

We DEMAND that my mother get her tablet!!!!

These foolish individuals contravened the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

This is ********ly unjust and we DEMAND compensation.

Sort this Out!!!
