Cell C - Menlyn Park are Disgracefully Dishonest

I visited Cell C, their branch based in Menlyn Park Pretoria. (Date - 12/12/2022)

My guardian had recently been ****** of her Samsung S22 Ultra and we desperately needed to find her a new one.

At the given branch, the sales consultant named Geneva, elaborated upon a contract deal, whereas not only would my guardian get an S22 Ultra, but a Samsung Galaxy Tab - tablet device as well for free.

By Wednesday (14 December 2022) I was telephoned by Geneva, whom now claimed in a reversal that the Galaxy Tab - tablet "is on back order" and almost insisted that the contract deal go ahead, but with only the phone exclusively.

This is misleading malpractice on Cell C's part and I DEMAND that my guardian be permitted a contract with her cellphone and her tablet TOGETHER, by no later than Friday 16 December 2022 at 10:00!!!!!

NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!

I was a sales consultant for MTN between 2008 and 2011 and the golden rule of any cellular provider I know fluently - the customer GET what the PAY for.

I will not accept lacklustre offerings from anyone, nor will I allow poor customer relations to hamper my guardian at any cost.

I am the consumer and this is my constitutional right, under the Consumer Protection Act. 68 of 2008.

Sort it out.
