Cell C Menlyn is Useless

Menlyn Branch has the rudest staff, unhelpful as if you are bothering them on a Sunday. an Elderly friend got a new phone wanting a micro sim, and she had to prove numbers she has dailed. Taking note she is without a job or pension. She explained multiple times where se stays she has wifi and rarely makes outbound calla due to finacial resons. The lady gave so much attitude and when asked if there is another way to swop over she blatently refused, the manager was called and arrived with attitude, did not even try to help. But not to worry, the entire family went to a new provider. Cell C is Useless and the staff is rude!
