Cell C Menlyn- An absolute disgrace

I have been waiting for contract upgrade. Done at Menlyn. It's an absolute mess that store. They really don't know what they are doing. Everytime I called the person that answers the phone is totally clueless on what to do. The assistant manager Obed, that helped me is never at work to follow up and neither does he return calls.
