Cell C MELINDA DLAMINI SO ******** AND RUDE

I called Cell C around 6pm on the 10th of April 2019 and my call was directed to a consultant by the name MELINDA DLAMINI (I have it all recorded). She was so rude when I asked a something she said during the call and treated me like a idiot and someone who is dumb. When I asked what she meant she just ignored my question and wanted to forward to call immediately. My mistake was asking a simple question because she said "Anything else before I transfer your call" but clearly she was not in any mood of talking.

Now why would Cell C hire such ******** and rude employees who treats customers like trash. Who else are we suppose to call when we have issues. As a customer something must be done with this girl treating people like ******* for not doing anything wrong. I am not happy with the service from MELINDA DLAMINI!!!
