Cell c ****med me

I write this this soo much disappointment and hurt and I have been ****** by Cell C . I app**** for a iphone earlier this year in hope that I will get it for myself , and I received a call from them saying I qualify for and I did all the process and excited waiting for mu brand new iPhone to be delivered bit my surprised I received only a Sim card . When I call them to find out why , they gave me run around basically I was ******. Cell c and they agent misled me and now they say I owe them R400 and they even put it on my credit file whereas I have been calling them to come pick up they Sim card as this is not want I ordered nor wanted .. they have been avoiding me and not returning my calls . I have written multiple emails reporting them but they are not getting back to me . They have ****med me and I want my money. This has caused me alot of strain emotionally and financially as this is in my credit file it is blocking me to getting anything under my name as they reflect badly on my credit file .. I want my money back
