Cell C ****med me
Disappointed by such a big company for being ****mers. I have still not cleared my name because I’m being forced to pay for a contract I did not sign up for. Cell C called me to offer me a month to month contract which I took and suddenly that contract was changed and I am liable for a ridiculous amount that I can’t even afford.

(which I was offered by CellC),I then Called customer care to cancel the contract when I went back to work after lock down a few months after this I received calls from Cell C claiming that I owe R29 000.00 because the contract was changed to a 24 month contract as a result of a lot of cancelations from cilustomers. How did we get to R29 000.00 I barely had the contract for a year. I can not afford this R29 000 and this is having a negative impact on my credit profile. I'm in debt for unauthorized changes to my account. Despite several attempts to resolve this issue, Cell C has not rectified the issue. I have been a loyal customer for years, my current number is on contract with Cell C, I pay for my Contract every month However I feel ****med by such a big company.
