Cell C ****med me
Cell C ****med me blindly, they left a message for me to call Gabisile from Social Media department. I called Cell C and asked for that department and the name, nobody even knew of the department let alone the person. I am not sure why they are treating me this bad because they acknowledged the email I sent to them a year ago asking them to amend my premiums as they had told me that it was under paid. Surely by now I would have finished back paying. I am so disappointed with Cell C.

12 Apr 2023, 15:04I am surprised you could track my name and surname without me mentioning it, meaning you can check a trail of emails since last year March. I have multiple references two of them being I.D 658020 and 667071. My ***. I have even tried the legal department you claim we can use as you clients, they could not help me because you are their client. This is how frustrated I have been.
