Cell C ****** me and they aren't attending to my query, They promised me lies and delivered what I did not order, they are failing to assist me...

I am really disappointed ☹️ with the Service I received from Cellc, I few months ago I was ****med by one of their Sales Consultants, He called me to offer me a Cell c cellphone contract, the guy said I qualified for an A24 Samsung Galaxy at around R250-R300, I agreed to take the cellphone contract, however upon arrival of my package I only received a sim card, I called cellc to ask why I only received a simcard, the consultant informed me that I only qualified for a sim only, I asked for an immediate cancelation of the contract, they sent me a reference number proving that they are cancelling the contract, to my Surprise they still attempt to debit my account every month and they claim that I owe cellc the contract is still contract, Now when I ask for cancellation they want to charge me a cancellation fee, So since the case is like this I also would like to get the cellphone I was promised as it is clear on the sales call that I was promised a cellphone not a simcard, the consultant promised and said I will get a Cellphone, I asked if he was sure and he said he would not lie on the recorded line, So please send my A24 Samsung Galaxy before I take other further steps, I want to pay for what I was promised, If cellc cannot send me the cellphone at the amount the guy promised on the phone, then they should cancel the contract at no cost as this isn't my mistake but their consultant failed to do the right thing, I gave them enough time to cancel I called 3 days after taking out the contract but it is still not cancelled, So now I want my phone, I want the phone I was promised...
