cell c-MAX

In December of '15 I bought a very trendy affordable Mobicel Air Smartphone through cell c sales. I had been hunting for the handset everywhere I could think of for over 4 months. I was elated when that was a reality, I took up a contract with cell c and they advised that I take insurance for my handset which I gladly did. About a year into my contract I accidentally dropped my handset resulting in a cracked screen. I was sent from pillar to post in terms of having my "insurer" assist in repairs to the handset. To date, the customer care advised of emails on which to contact the insurance company which is a third party but to date I have never spoken to anyone from their side as the number is useless. I have sent mails to both the cell c customer care and theirs no one bothered to respond to my mails. I keep asking myself what would have happened had my handset been lost or ****** then I would have never received a replacement and debit orders for insurance would still be going off as they are currently. I am extremely upset with the service I receive from cell c, now my contract is up for an upgrade/renewal and the sales team has been in touch with me offering me another contract and I was frank with them and advised them that I will not be renewing my contract as they had let me down.
