Cell C massive call rate for 0861/2/3 numbers

I am on a Cell C 66c, per second billing, prepaid package ~ I don't make too many calls these days

However I've noticed a whopping R2+ per connection/minute when calling 0861/2/3 local business phone numbers!

What the heck Cell C, I called my Insurance company for a claim query and they ask you quite a lot of questions, R30 was depleted in no time!

I just made a call to another business this morning, turns out it was 5 minutes before they were due to open, literally a 3 sec phone call cost me over R2!

What are your charges on 0861/2/3 South African phone numbers?!

So they called me again, all of their Pay as You go packages are premium rated calls to 086x numbers....the lady even said some are as high as R6 and R8 per minute! By by CellC, I'm outta here
