Cell C Maponya mall

I am soo disappointed with Cell C Maponya mall had a contract phone that was taken in for repairs in 2023 November the 14th till to date I have not received the phone been to the store more than ten times trying to resolve the issue worst of them all now the claims department tells me the phone was only taken from Cell C Maponya yesterday for fixtures yet the store says the phone was taken last week how do I even count the fourteen working days period if am not being told the truth even ,,, I feel they don’t care about customers complaints they don’t even lift a finger to try assist, when I requested to escalate the matter with the claims department was just told the manager is in a meeting after holding on for over 5 minutes the call lasted for over 30 minutes cause I just couldn’t understand why they giving me half information saying the claim was from February yet I have reference numbers that I had to provide them with only then they pick up the dates .. I wish I could just cancel the contract and they keep the phone and return my money and I can find a more reputable store for a contact phone cause I didn’t sign up for this really I am super ****ed off this issue is been going on for over 5 months and I believe it will even be a full six months without the phone.
