cell c management failure to complete task

After a few months since I posted a report on Hello Peter, after which I was diligently contacted by Cell C and the wheels turned to improve the network services at my home and office. Over 10 Cell C contract / prepaid numbers are used at the premises. The provision of certain equipment was apparently approved and an installation was imminent. This was a few weeks ago. Now everything has gone quiet with no contactable person. It apparently went to management for a final sign off ! The \ground team"were great"
