Cell C Management do not call their clients back!!

My contract with Cell C is due to finish today, a mere 19 days into the month. Cell C want to charge me for an entire month subscription, because their \system\" does not accommodate proforma charging. This was confirmed to me by the consultant (Tshepo) and his \"manager\" (Jake).<br> <br> My query is this: If Cell C are able to bill me for a portion of a contract at the BEGINNING of the contract, WHY am I being forced to pay for a full month at the END of the contract?<br> <br> I requested that I receive feedback by 10:00 today, and Jake advised he would ensure I would receive a call - either managers (Priya and Regan Naidoo) would call, and if they were unable to do so he would call.<br> <br> Surprise, surpise...
