Cell C mall of africa

Im very frustrated,i took my phone two weeks ago to cell c to be repaired up to this day nothing has been done,I followed up everyday and kept on calling it.To a point where I had to call the repair department to ask the status of my phone .Im told my phone has been rejected due to it not reflecting under cell c while im on contract and pay insurance every month. Last week the manager of cell c by Mall of Africa informed me that this will be resolved. Now I actually dont know what to do or who to call for assistance.
