The Consultant did not check my ID number and that the number is fica'ed on my ID number. Furthermore did not ask me any questions other than the phone number I supp**** her with.<br /> <div> </div> </div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13. ********** 424805px;">I got home put my ****le into my PC and no Data was on my ****le. I went back to Cell C and asked the same consultant to check why the data was not showing on my ****le.</div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13. ********** 424805px;"> </div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13. ********** 424805px;">She checked and asked if my ID number starts with 90... and when I told her that is not my ID number.She told me that my telephone number has been recycled and it is now someone else number. When I asked her what we can do to get my R 299 back because no one had told me that my number had been recycled all the consultant said was I am sorry, We can't do anything.</div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13. ********** 424805px;"> </div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13. ********** 424805px;">On the 1st of March 2017, I went back to the store to talk to the manager of the store. And the Manager also just said that they can not give me back my money.
