Cell c making up their own rules on paying back money

This is my 4th Hello Peter complaint. Dear Cell c I just got an email back from the Consumer protection act and they said you guys cannot make up your own rules. You need to pay my money back. CF204231. They will take up this case. At this stage Cell C is running their company and not complying to the rules and regulations. You have taken money out of my account unnecessarily. Please check Consumer act No.68 of 2008. Everything your are doing is ******* and *****ing money is not the way you run things. I am also awaiting feedback from the abutsman. I am not recommending any friends family or my worst enemy to do business with you guys. You have crossed the line.
