Cell C making up accounts

I was sent an account to remind me to pay in 2 days. I don't even have an account with them. Asking me to send my ID Book to them, imagine opening an account without an ID what will happen with an ID. hey say it is an account for fibre. There is no fibre available in Vereeniging, at least not where I am staying. ********** business as I see it.
