Cell c making me pay for my network coverage
I'm so unhappy with cell c. I have a contract with them and for the past 6 days I haven't had any network coverage At ALL yet my account is up to date and I can't use my monthly benefits to my contract. I did visit the Cell C branch and the lady inserted my details and just said I should do a Sim swap!!
At an certain amount. How is that cell c inconveniences me and yet I'm told to pay for that inconvenience cz my card is fairly new and ever since iv inserted it in my phone iv never removed it and now she says it's a wear and tear issue yet I have Sim cards for other networks nd I have no issue as this!!!!
