Cell C making its customers into beggars

I have complaint several times to cell c about the network issue that we are faced with. We have being complaining for more than a year, and our network is still terrible. I am starting to feel like a beggar for continuously contacting cell c and pleading with them to sort this out. It is almost impossible to make and receive calls on this network. We are paying for services that we are not receiving. They are taking our money without interest in providing the services we are paying for. Cannot even contact people in emergency situations, have to borrow phones from total strangers in order to make calls just because we cannot get network . Such a pathetic network and such pathetic service.
