Cell C - making everything difficult
We need to change ownership of the account from my brothers name to mine, but I don't understand why we cant do this on line or why cant customer service help us? Everybody does things like this on line. You can apply for a contract and upgrade on line but not change ownership. Cell C must please work on this.

28 Jun 2023, 10:26I'm not sure if you red the message? If you go on *** you will see my name is linked on that number, even on the account. The contract is on LM Hoffmans name. But clearly you did not go in to see what is going on.
