Cell C makes it difficult for me to Upgrade I JUST WANT TO UPGRADE

I came on here before and spoke to the legal team before that handed me over to the SSDA , The legal team from Cell C was supposed to follow up on my query however failed to do so same like how your guys failed to contact me now I am being Threatened to pay an amount that Cell C failed to let me know about - Cell C says all calls are recorded and was supposed to get my the call recording that was told me that I owe over 400R an account that was cancelled over - 3 years ago - Now I want to Upgrade my current contract and I cannot as this is holding me back - All I want to do Is upgrade and remain with Cell C I have 4 contracts left and these are the end dates *** - 10 June ***0140 - 31 July ***9430 - 09 Sep ***5401 - 11 April 2024 I want to upgrade My number *** however Cell C is making is very difficult if this does not get sorted out All My contracts will come to an end and Cell C will loose me as a customer over an amount that Cell C failed to mention when canceling an old number that turned over to Pre paid.
