Cell C Lying to Customers

Recently got suckered into accepting a contract upgrade from the 500 MB smart data top-up to the 5GB smart data contract. The sales agent informed me that I would be all the same services (including free wifi calling) with the added ability to load airtime to make non-wifi calls.

After the upgrade, my wifi calling immediately stopped, and I was charged 50% more than the agreed monthly price.

Turns out the 2 contracts are completely different and the one does not include wifi calling...

Cell C used misinformation and deceit to sell their products and then follows it up with ********** customer support.
