Cell C LTE Service Processes are **********.

DO NOT GET ANY LTE DEAL FROM CELL C!!!

Look, their consultants are friendly and I think, deep down, they really want to assist, but either they're *********** OR Cell C's systems and processes make it near impossible for them to.

I've been trying get an LTE sim from them for nearly a month now. First, they use couriers that return a parcel after only trying to contact the receiver once. Then, after deciding to buy a sim from a retailer myself and do a migration on the line, they sell me 100GB Anytime and 100GB Nighttime Topup bundle as a 200GB Bundle.

After having been in over 50 conversations with their representatives, they are still sending me from department to department to get the 200GB package I actually wanted.

Seriously, Cell C, your higher-paid, "higher-ranked" corporate staff can also get off their ass and assist your agents.

I've been a customer of Cell C for a number of years now, and it's always like once you're a customer you don't matter.
