Cell C LTE service non

<p>Good evening,<br />I'm currently very confused.<br />I bought one of the 100Giga prepaid packages earlier today.<br />I am currently on a LTE package with another provider where I get 20-30mbps on a regular speed test at any given time as I have an external antenna attached to my Huawei B315 router.<br />Now my external antenna has a vast range and covers your LTE spectrum as well.<br />When I do a speed test on your network on the 4g/LTE setting on the router, I get a maximum download speed of around 1.5mbps and upload speeds of around 20 mbps. The upload speed confirms well that I am registered on the 4g/LTE network.<br />When I do a speed test on your network on the 3g setting, I get a average download speed of around 5mbps and upload speeds of around 2-5mbps.<br />I called your Technical support number on:***. The consultant confirmed that I am well within the coverage of LTE and LTE Advanced and that my hardware is compatible to both networks/technologies. I informed him that I am not getting close to the standard speeds as advertised where after he suggested that I roam on Vodacom's network.<br />I tried that and cannot even get connectivity on any of their services(2g, 3g and 4g).<br />Now I have read on many forums about people who is on the same package as this and compare them to cell c contract packages, where they actually receive better service.<br />This insinuates that individuals who have the prepaid giga packages are somehow "throttled" (for the lack of a better word).<br />As far as hardware is concerned, I believe I do not have a problem on my side, therefore could only be on yours.<br />This is very frustrating as I have paid a large lump sum for a service I am not receiving.</p>
