Cell C LTE Router - Loadshedding

Every time we have loadshedding our Cell C LTE Router doesn't work. It doesn't help to phone the technical side they only tell you it is loadshedding. So I pay for 100Gig which I can't use because of loadshedding and which I lose the end of the month. So Cell C can I please pay for only the data I use?? Because loadshedding and your towers has nothing to do with me.
