Cell C LTE day data disappeared

I posted the below on MyBroadBand and got no response.

I'm gonna try and make this as short as possible. Firstly there is now freakin way that I used up 95% of my day data in this short period. The cell c app shows I have 3.26gb left of 30gb. I've been efficiently managing my day data for months now and there is always data over before the next topup. I dont stream and I only download my series using my nite data. Big downloads I download using my adsl. I should have at least 25gb of day data left. Whats also odd is the fact that my nite data showed 27.6gb earlier and suddenly 26.45gb when I check again. Tell me how do one use nite data when its cleary ***n day?

Every month I get an sms saying that my data has been topped up, this month I didnt get ****. Also i see my data expires 1 December, what happened to last months data that I didnt finish?
