Cell c lte bundle missing

I bought 2 lte bundles from cell con the 26th of March using my bank card which I only received on the 28th cause the said the money did not clear on there side 2 days later when I checked my balance only one of my lte bundles appeared I escalated the matter to them. They said they will investigate to what happened to my bundle this will take 24 to 48 hours I called them on the 3rd of April the consultant said my matter was supposed to have been reviewed the previous day and it has not been reviewed and their back office only works on Monday to Friday now I have to wait for another 24 to 48 hours counting from Monday
